Pricing
The cost is $50.00 per applicant. The landlords we are currently helping simply charge their prospective tenants a non-refundable application fee;
so there is no cost to the
landlord!
In order
to be eligible to receive our services, you, the
landlord will need to sign us as a Landlord Client. See
the free sign-up process below.
Payment
for the actual tenant screening report
is expected prior to the screening. There are two ways
in which we can be paid:

You, the landlord, can call us with
your credit card information, or
-
You can even have your applicant pay us directly
by having them call with their credit card information.
How to
Sign Up as a Landlord Client:
Once you have signed
up and faxed your supporting
documents, have your prospective
tenant fill out and sign our online
Tenant
Rental Application, fax to us, and
we'll call you with the results and
to consult with you.
We'll also fax you a report with the
results of the criminal, eviction,
social identity, and sex offender
search.

One photo ID – driver’s license or passport
(please make sure this is a clear copy)

Proof of rental property (either a mortgage statement, a property tax statement, a tax bill, a utility bill, a sales contract, or a final HUD)
